I keep getting these offers in the mail for lower auto insurance rates. I find it pretty funny because I don’t drive and most likely never will. You see, I have this small problem of not being able to see too far, so driving wouldn’t be a good idea. This prevents me from getting a license in the state of Pennsylvania. I’ve received something from them 3 times in the past 3 months or so.
