How Many Times Can You Rob The Same Place

Tuesday, April 24th, 2007

How many times can you rob the same place and get away with it? For two stupid people 3 times in a week was too many. The robbed Cyber Warehouse last Tuesday and Wednesday. I heard about it on the news last night and couldn’t help but to laugh.

Why would someone go back to the same place three times in a week. Wouldn’t they think the police might be watching? When they were Friday night the police were there and caught them. Just thought it was interesting and funny at the same time.

Virginia Tech Shooting

Thursday, April 19th, 2007

The other day at Virginia Tech. A few people are already trying to blame video games. It’s ridiculous to try to blame someone on doing something like killing 30 people on something totaly unrelated like video games. People will blame it on anything they can. I’m surprised I haven’t heard anything from the anti gun people yet.

Nothing or no one but the Cho himself should be blamed. Other factors could have driven him to do it but in the end he’s the one that made the decision and went through with it.

The sad part is he couldn’t just kill himself. He had to kill 30 other people first. I feel that If you want to go and kill yourself feel free but is it really necessary to ruin so many other people’s lives?

It was a sad thing that happened but that’s just part of life sometimes. It would be tough on the families of the victims.

Vonage versus Verizon

Saturday, April 7th, 2007

I’ve been using Vonage since December 2002 and have been happy with it. I’ve never had a problem with it. This was the perfect solution for me because I could have a phone number for the Philly area where my family lives so they could call me local and it was cheap for me. I’m worried I’ll have to look for another option soon. Verizon claims that vonage uses their patented ideas.

I don’t miss the high bills I used to get from verizon when I had a landline in Philly when I lived there. Especially not when we moved and I had to wait two weeks to get my phone line changed. It took them three visits to finally get it working because of bad lines. They still charged me for a full month of service even though I had no phone most of the month.

Hopefully this doesn’t kill Vonage. I’ve gotten used to their service. It has always just worked for me. When we moved to this house the land line didn’t work. It was all static and we had to wait for the phone company to fix it. Vonage worked as soon as the cable was hooked up. Hopefully they stick around so I don’t have to look for something else.

Stupid Teenagers Caught by Putting Video on Myspace

Stupid Teenagers

I just had to comment on this. If I were to do something ilegal like break into someone’s house I would do everything I could to not leave any evidence. I wouldn’t want to get caught. Not everyone is so smart though.

In Kentucky four teenagers broke into a house and then posted video clips of it on My space. I should know by not that that site tends to bring out the stupid in people but this is pretty bad. You have to share the evidence with the world? They probably did it for attention. It’s very comforting to know we have such a bright future generation.

Saved by Shit!

Chinese Woman Falls 6 Stories, saved by pile of excrement

I’m not sure how true this is but according to this article a woman was hanging laundry from the sixth story of a building in China and fell. They happened to be cleaning the building’s septic system when she fell so she landed in the crap. I wonder if she was thinking “oh shit!” when she hit the pile of shit.

Given the choice between landing on old crap from a septic system that hadn’t been tended to in a while and had been blocking sewer pipes or concrete I really think I’d chose the concrete. The shit couldn’t have been a pleasant experience.

Legally Blind Driver

Wednesday, March 28th, 2007

A Driver who is legally blind (yes a legally blind driver) entered a pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle. He ran over a Penn State professor who was riding a bike. Anyways what the hell was this guy doing driving? I don’t know what how it effected him but Fry’s eye doctor said his left eye had 20/200 vision and with the other eye he could just count fingers and that eye was 3/200. This means in his good eye he would have to be 20 feet from something that people with normal eyes can see at 200 feet. It doesn’t sound very safe to me.

I understand it’s inconvenient to not drive as I’m legally blind myself but Even if I could get a license or wanted to drive I wouldn’t let myself because it would be unsafe and unfair to other people I might hit.

Man steals 1500 women’s underwear

Police: Man swiped 1,500 women’s undies

This guy stole all this women’s underwear from apartment complex laundry rooms. He had it at his house. The police said it they got 5 garbage bags full and 94 pounds of it. The good thing is the guy admits he has a problem. It’s surprising he got away with it so much.

Home Owners Association Says No Guns

Community Suggests Gun Possession Is Illegal For Residents

I just saw this and thought it was pretty interesting and bullshit at the same time. It seems this Home owners association thought they should not allow residents to have guns on their property. This is a good example of why I’d never want to have to deal with one of these HOA. I really wouldn’t want someone else telling me what I can and cannot do on my own property. Laws or enough..

Oh yeah and by not allowing people to have guns really will help with crimes. The laws about guns sure help a lot. People don’t get shot with illegal guns every day at all do they? Since they obey so many laws of course they’ll follow a home owner’s association’s rules I’m sure.

I don’t personally own a gun and don’t really plan to own one but I do have the right and wouldn’t let some stupid home owner’s association take the right away from me. HOAs can burn in hell. I really wouldn’t want to live anyone near people who think they should control what their neighbors can and cannot do.

Killing Homeless People Is Not like a Video Game

Wednesday, February 21st, 2007

Teen ‘sport killings’ of homeless on the rise

It supposedly started off as a game. The started throwing sticks and leaves at a homeless man after having a couple of beers with him. Then they started punching and kicking the homeless man. They also threw rocks and bricks at him and pounded him with a pipe and baseball bat. After that one of them smeared his own shit on the man’s face and cut him with a knife to see if he’s dead…

The part that disturbs me is that one of them said it reminded him of playing a violent video game. The only problem is he doesn’t have a very good grip on reality. Video games are not real. Killing some one is. You shouldn’t be killing anyone. But then again you shouldn’t be smoking pot or drinking when your 15 16 or 17 like they were. I’m sure this will help the people

I would imagine that the blame will try to be shifted by some onto the video games and the alcohol.  Anyone can see that they are just assholes and maybe now they’ll learn not to be one. I wonder if it would have reminded them of a video game if the homeless guy had fought back and injured or killed one of them.  At least the teens didn’t get away with it.

Mummified body found in front of blaring TV

A mummified body was found sitting sitting in front of a blaring TV.  He had been dead for over a year.  It’s just strange that someone can be dead for over a year and no one noticed. He was only noticed because of a broken water pipe.  The other wierd thing is the electricity wasn’t turned off.
